HUNTER ROOFING Terms of Service

Welcome to Hunter Roofing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to our website and the use of our roofing, inspection, and repair services. By requesting a quote, scheduling an inspection, or hiring our team, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before utilizing our services.

1. Services Provided

Hunter Roofing provides professional residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to free inspections, full roof replacements, emergency leak mitigation, and targeted repairs. The exact scope of work for your specific property will be detailed in a separate, written service agreement provided to you before any physical labor begins.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Quote Validity: All written estimates and quotes provided by Roofit are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, subject to material availability.
Hidden Damage Contingency: While our inspections are highly thorough, unforeseen structural issues (such as rotted decking or hidden mold) are sometimes discovered only after the existing roof is removed. If additional labor or materials are required, we will pause work and provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe, fast, and efficient project execution, you agree to the following during the duration of your project:

Property Access: Provide our installation crews with clear, safe access to your property, driveway, and necessary electrical outlets during scheduled working hours.
Preparation: Clear the driveway and immediate perimeter of the home of vehicles, patio furniture, potted plants, and easily damaged items.
Safety: Keep all children, pets, and non-essential personnel safely indoors while the crew is actively working and during the final debris cleanup.

4. Payment Terms

Scheduling Deposits: A standard deposit may be required upon signing the service agreement to secure your project date on our calendar and order custom materials.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in full strictly upon the completion of the installation and the final site inspection.
Financing: If you are utilizing a third-party financing partner through our company, payment terms will be governed by your specific financing agreement.

5. Warranties

We proudly stand behind our craftsmanship. Hunter Roofing offers specific, long-term workmanship warranties on our installations, and we register all applicable manufacturer warranties for the physical materials used. The exact terms, duration, and conditions of these warranties will be provided to you in a formal warranty certificate upon receipt of your final payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our crews take extreme precautions to protect your home and landscaping. However, roofing is a major construction project. Hunter Roofing is not liable for minor, unavoidable vibrations that may cause un-secured interior items (e.g., picture frames, loose light fixtures) to shift or fall during the tear-off process. Homeowners are strongly advised to secure fragile interior items prior to our arrival. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofit’s liability is limited to the total cost of the specific services rendered.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or local regulations. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Effective Date" at the top.
